IT Professional [Apprentice], Full Time

Finance Assistant – Part Time, £10 per hour

We’re seeking a Non-Qualified financial assistant to support us through our growth and expansion plans.  As finance assistant you will be responsible for supporting the managing director with the day to day running of our the accounting functions. It is essential that you have previous experience working in a finance team and as a result you will be highly numeral with excellent attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include; General administration, purchase ledger, sales ledger, reconciliation and filing.
Suitable candidates will be available immediately with a can do attitude with a flexible approach to work.
Any experience with Quickbooks would be advantageous, but not essential.

Hourly Rate of pay is £10.

Marketing Assistant – Part time, £10 per hour

We’re seeking a marketing assistant to help us deliver a joined up marketing program to our clients.  This includes website content, blog production, social media updates (Twitter), brochure content, networking meetings and quote production, amongst other things.

This is an amazing opportunity to work within a small team where you will get involved in a number of different activities centred around marketing.  If you are driven and proactive with the confidence to take on any task thrown your way then this could be the ideal role for you.  We offer room for career  progression and personal growth with the chance to develop your skill set.

You must have a positive and problem solving attitude in order to deal with any issues you may encounter effectively.

Suitable candidates will be available immediately with a can do attitude with a flexible approach to work.

Any experience with WordPress would be advantageous, but not essential.

IT Professional [Apprentice], Reference Number:  VAC000657640

Weekly wage / Annual Salary = £187.50/ £9750 – Working week: 37.5 hrs p/w Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 – Apprenticeship duration = 24 Months – Apprenticeship level = Intermediate Level Apprenticeship (Level 2).  Applications for level 3 would also be considered.

We’re recruiting a Bright and Talented individual to help is provide our leading IT support services. We’re looking for candidates that are highly capable, conscientious, mentally agile and goal orientated.  You’ll have a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills as you’ll need to be able to produce clear documentation and communicate with end users of all levels.  A good completer-finisher and not shy of responsibility.  You’ll be learning on the job and therefore a logical, planned and calculated approach to problem solving is required.

As a company we supply IT solutions to small businesses, which includes VoIP Telephony and IP CCTV systems. The duties that you will have responsibility for will be (but not limited to):

Receipt and recording of client support requests via our ticket system
Assisting our other IT Professionals and Administrators in the maintenance and repair of Servers, Desktops, Laptops and Network Hardware
Configure Routers for Internet Access and General Firewall rules
Work with our Web Hosting and DNS system
Commission PC’s and other associated hardware
